Position Overview:
 
We are seeking for a talented and experienced Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a high-volume kitchen environment. They should be passionate about food, dedicated to quality, and capable of working efficiently under pressure.
 
Responsibilities:
Plan and execute menus in collaboration with the culinary team
Prepare and cook dishes to high standards of presentation and taste
Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control, costing, menu engineering, and ordering
Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain consistency and excellence
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chef or Sous Chef in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Strong culinary skills and knowledge of diverse cuisines
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead by example
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Culinary degree or certification is a plus
Compensation and Benefits:
P40,000.00 starting rate
Subject to service charge
