Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate.
At least 3 years (s) of working experience as a line cook from a reputable restaurant.
He/she needs to be highly organized and keen on details.
Must be able to follow our Chef's food specs & well-established recipes of the restaurant.
Experience in Filipino and international dish cooking is an advantage
Flexible work hours
Good attitude
Responsibilities:
Cook menu items according to established recipes of the chef and restaurant owners
Ensure that food comes out in high quality, consistent, and in a timely fashion
Cost-conscious and efficient in cost management
Monitors inventory, wastage & spoilage well
Efficient in stocking stations with all necessary supplies
Does food production in a timely and efficient manner
Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards of the restaurant
Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers and customers - a team player
