Plan and execute preparations for functions/events in a structured way

Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management; Hospitality/Tourism Management; Others or similar fields.
Minimum 5 years as Chef / Chef De Partie / Executive Chef
Has Certificate 4 in commercial cookery (advantage)
