The Chef de Partie is responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes. This role ensures that all culinary tasks are executed efficiently and in alignment with the restaurant's standards for quality, taste, and presentation. The Chef de Partie also plays a key role in mentoring junior kitchen staff and maintaining a safe and organized workstation.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Diploma in Culinary or relevant training on related field is preferred.
-At least with experience in a professional kitchen, with a solid understanding of food preparation and culinary techniques.
-Prior experience in a similar role, ideally in a high-volume or fine-dining environment.
-Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food safety standards.
-Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
-Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
-Open to be assigned in Club Serena Resort, Basdaku, Moalboal Cebu
