Job Description
What you will be doing:
Responsible for all French food requirements of restaurant outlets and banquets.
Ensure food quality, station set-up, and aesthetics.
Provide authentic French cuisines and manage the French stove.
Responsible for the preparation of menus under the direct supervision of the Executive Chef.
Work Experience
Your experience and skills include:
Graduate of a degree in Culinary.
Minimum of five (5) years CDP experience, or relevant working experience.
Background in the hot and cold kitchen from a luxury hotel.
Can speak French, lived and worked in France is an advantage.
Amenable to work on a shifting schedule.
