Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide customer assistance through online chat and ensure timely response throughout the conversation
• Identify the customer's issues and provide available options
• Escalate questions when needed
• Manage and update the database
• Document problems and solutions for future reference
Qualifications and Experience:
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent customer service skills and problem-solving skills
• Highly professional and sensitive to customer concerns
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Apps
• Ability to adapt to new tools and software
• Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Calm under pressure and ability to think on your feet
