Responsibilities:
Manage customer information and ensure date is properly processed and recorded.
Assist customers through chat system and email.
Will handle other duties/projects as assigned.
Provide excellent display of customer service.
Qualifications:
HS/SHS/College Graduate with at least 6 mos. international BPO experience
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Detail-oriented
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and web proficient
Amenable working on shifting schedules
Can start ASAP
Must be Amenable to work on site (QC area)
