Provide top tier customer service to existing clients
Qualifications:
With at least 6 months of call center experience
Wigh school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
Proficiency in typing and multitasking to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
