This is where you and your skills come in. We're currently looking for: Chargeback Analyst: to track and investigate disputes between a customer who is opposing a transaction on their credit card and the company that provided the service or product. These associates are also trained to determine whether there is possible fraud in certain situations or scenarios each time a chargeback is requested.
Save the company from fees and processing cost increase that can result to potential loss of profit
Prevent Merchant Account terminations that greatly impact business finances
Reduce potential transaction disputes and mitigate chargeback risks
Be responsible for processing and reconciling both vendor and customer disputes
Maintain and track documented chargeback cases
To succeed in this role you must have experience in:
Good work ethics. Willing to be trained in new skill (investigation, case creation)
Attention to detail and accuracy. Accomplishing tasks with thorough concern for all areas involved no matter how small. Accuracy in documentation of actions taken and note keeping
Decision maker. Able to choose the next action that will give the best outcome after analyzing possible situations and weighing all options without bias
Desired Qualifications:
Background in Excel and Power Point will be good, but proficiency will be more welcome (table tracking, basic formula, pivot table, vlook up)
Familiarity in navigating through NetSuite / Salesforce will be an edge
Graduate of a bachelor's degree
