POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Channel Manager wins, maintains, and expands relationships with assigned channel partners. He/She represents the entire range of company products and services to manage channel's business portfolio aimed at maintaining strong partnerships and a high level of engagement in building a sustainable business with channel partners.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1.Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.
2. Extensive experience in account/channel management gained in an FMCG industry.
3.Strong commercial acumen. Ability to cut through data and complexity to find solutions.
4. Fast paced with strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1.Establishes productive professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
2.Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
3.Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationships.
4.Manages potential partner conflict with other partner sales channels by fostering communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
5.Leads solution development efforts that best address end-user need, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.
