Job Description
The Change Management Specialist performs multiple change management tasks in support of projects and/or programs to help employees maximize the adoption of transformation initiatives, enabling sustained behavior change.
This position supports CM operations and implementation of change efforts from initiating the case for change through adoption and reinforcement, supporting business partners to take ownership of new changes, and works with leaders in executing change management approaches that enable business agility, and continuous learning.
Enterprise Change Management (CM) Team Internal Process Support:
Hep instill change management capability that will increase organizational capacity to handle ongoing changes
Collect and analyze data points for Change Management analytics
Prepare CM reports
Maintain CM knowledge library
Design, develop and publish approved communications in multiple formats to support CM strategy
Contribute to development and improvement of CM processes towards achievement of target practice maturity
Change Management Project Assignment/s:
This position may be assigned to lead small change projects or participate in portions of medium to complex change projects where he/she may be tasked to do any of the following:
Create and execute CM plans and deliverables including communications plan, change network management, sponsor roadmap, stakeholder management, training plan, readiness checklists and adoption plan
Assist in developing change management measures, outcomes, and key results (OKRs) for projects/programs to ensure benefits realization
Lead and facilitate meetings with the change network, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure an understanding of the change impacts and mitigate risk
Provide support and coaching to team members, change agents, business partners, and stakeholders as they help their teams through transitions
Facilitate change management activities and process improvements with cross-functional team members to ensure the adoption of enterprise business transformation
Develop and deliver effective communications to stakeholder groups that align with the change management strategy and project-specific needs
Assess change impacts and organizational readiness while ensuring roles, responsibilities, and decision making are clarified
Food Safety:
Comply with quality, Halal, health and food safety policy, standards and regulations of the company.
Responsible for reporting problems related to Halal, food safety & quality management system to identified authorities.
Other Tasks:
Actively participate in all company programs and activities under quality improvement, safety & security, sustainability, corporate social responsibility, risk management etc.
Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the team leader.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Education, Communications or other business-related courses related to the competencies as specified; Masters or postgraduate degree is a plus.
Experience:
at least 2 years of related professional experience in change management disciplines (i.e. Communications, Learning and Development, Stakeholder Management, Organizational Design, Organizational Effectiveness, Business Analysis, Business Process Engineering) plus at least 1 year of professional project management experience
Experience with organizational change management utilizing change management methodologies, a plus
Licenses & Certifications:
Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, Lean Six Sigma certification/s are a plus
Other Requirements:
Able to work effectively at all levels of the organization from the executive, middle-management to operational execution levels
Excellent communication, presentation, written, and interpersonal skills needed to influence customers (internal and external)
