Job Description
The Change Management Lead plays a key role in the organization's ERP project by implementing the change management plans related to: organization, culture and engagement, and capability enablement that will maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
The role will be involved various initiatives such as - identifying the impact on organization structures, job roles, business processes, culture, and engagement - getting them ready for change, and handling any resistance brought about by changes and shift to a new system.
The Change Management Lead will also work with people across all levels of the organization and will provide support and consultative advice to different stakeholders to help them transition/instill change in their teams, as well as directly support Project teams during the project.
Support in the design/development of Change Management Plan (as needed)
Scope requirements through regular stakeholder alignment and meetings
Ensure execution of the Change Management Plans, including Stakeholder Management, Culture and Engagement, Communications (Internal/External Stakeholders), Enablement/Capability Building, and Organization Effectiveness.
Stakeholder Management
Monitor and update the stakeholder database
Provide and validate the stakeholder data requirements of the Change Management Team or Project Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
Culture & Engagement
Conduct impact analyses, assess people readiness, and identify and manage stakeholders.
Identify and manage anticipated resistance
Evaluate the risk and impact of planned organizational change
Conduct engagement interventions to improve change readiness and address change resistance.
Communication
Design and draft key messages for the communication plan and/or collaterals to disseminate changes/updates about the project that will target different stakeholders.
Enablement/Capability Building
Oversight of the L&D/Enablement Plan related to the project.
Review, and provide input and support to the design/development, and delivery of training programs.
Administratively ensure that the Enablement Plan is running as scheduled. Acts as an arm that will support the logistics and preparations.
Coach, support teams, and engage with stakeholders to help continue the building of capabilities across the organization related to the change transitions of the project
Organization Alignment
Conduct organization review and alignment to implement and sustain the change
Recommend appropriate changes to roles, structure, performance evaluation metrics, and reward strategies
Evaluate organization change readiness and implement interventions for an effective transition to the new organization
Monitor and report the status of action plan implementation in the functional teams
Qualifications
Education:
Graduate of any business/ Human Resources (Organization Development) related courses
Experience:
3-4 years experience in Project Management or Change Management initiatives or HR-Organization Development
Licenses:
Change Management or Project Management certification is an advantage
