BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE OF ROLE
The Change Management Executive role will be in-charge of end-to-end management and handling of employee feedback that will feed into engagement activities related to the organizational transformation on Integrated Operations (iOPS) for the Customer Operations Group (COG). These activities will be aimed at culture building of the newly put together team. This role will also handle the planning, stakeholder engagement, and creation and deployment of the COG Academy designed to be an enabler for the adoption of the new processes and technologies within the iOPS Program.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Detailed responsibilities post discussion with respective HM to be listed here with clarity and preferably in bullet points. Example:
Stakeholder engagement for design & planning of the COG Academy (function-specific learning)
Deployment of the COG Academy courses with the help of the Learning Champions
Coordination and preparation of townhalls & focused group discussions
Maintenance of employee feedback mechanisms (survey, digital boards) and subsequent update of activities based on feedback
Coordination and execution of logistical requirements for change management engagement activities across different teams within COG, iOPS & Capgemini (CG)
Evaluation of engagement / activity effectiveness
Preparation of various materials and documentation for activities
Support in communications schedule management
Support for transfer activities to external partner teams (CG) and deployment of a successful partnership mindset
Support in other relevant pillars of the change management plan as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree holder with 2-4 years of experience in Project / Change management, and Learning & Development
Must have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge in design thinking or other problem-solving / process improvement methods
Amenable for a 1-year fixed term employ
