ROLE SUMMARY
Our client is looking for a Certified Public Accountant to join their team of professionals serving a wide variety of extraordinary clients. This position is ideal for someone who is interested in client contact and in serving business owners in their pursuit of growth and success. It will include attesting financial statement preparation and review, as well as individual, corporate, and partnership tax return preparation. Our client serves businesses that use QuickBooks and value the added service of assisting with accounting policies and procedures, both setup and ongoing support. This position includes helping clients clean up accounting records and reconcile balances.
SCHEDULE: 8 AM - 5 PM Pacific Daylight Time (11 PM - 8 AM Philippine Local Time), follows Philippine holidays

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Prepare and review financial statements
Prepare individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
Assist clients in developing and maintaining accounting policies and procedures
Assist clients in cleaning up their accounting records
Reconcile clients' balances
QUALIFICATIONS
A Bachelor's degree in the related field is preferred
A Licensed CPA/Accountant with 3-7 years of public accounting experience in attesting financial statements and tax preparation
Experience with GAAP, tax returns, as well as compilation and review of financial statements is an advantage
Experience with sales tax and payroll tax filings and research would be helpful
QuickBooks experience is preferred
Familiarity with Ultra-Tax and the Thomson Reuters suite of programs is a plus; must be comfortable in a paperless environment
Experience with job costing schedules and strong Excel spreadsheet skills is a plus, considering that the work concentrates on the construction and related industries
Communication and interpersonal skills are a must, in addition to having analytical and organizational skills
Able to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation
