1.What will be your role
Analyzing fuel market trends, negotiating contracts with fuel suppliers, and managing importation process to ensure reliable and cost-effective fuel supply;
Develop and maintain relationships with fuel suppliers, negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure the best possible deals;
Monitor and analyze fuel inventory levels, consumption patterns, and demand forecasts to optimize inventory management
Coordinate and oversee the importation process, including documentation, customs clearance, and logistics, to ensure timely and efficient delivery of fuel shipments
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate key performance indicators, cost savings, and supply chain metrics to management.
2. What you bring to the table
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Accountancy, Math, Statistics or a any related field
CPA is an advantage
Proficiency in using analytical tools, spreadsheet or excel software and supply chain management system
3.Must haves
Proven experience in fuel procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, especially in the importation industry
Strong Analytical skills
Excellent negotiation and communication skills to establish and maintain effective relationships with suppliers
Knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements related to fuel importation
