Be a Certified Public Accountant
Be knowledgeable in all government-related filings (BIR, SSS, Philhealth, Pag-Ibig, etc.)
Be knowledgeable with budgeting, Financial Statement preparation and all accounting related reports.
Have strong communications skills, presence and acumen to participate in discussions with partners, at any level.
Have a strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles and ability to independently research and resolve accounting and reporting issues.
Have the ability to translate complex financial and accounting issues into simple business language.
