Budget & Financial Planning
- Assist in the preparation of Departmental and Annual budget of the Club.
- Prepares Monthly Departmental Profit/ Summary of Expenses
Financial & Management Reporting
- Assisting in preparation of financial statements in compliance with official guidelines and requirements.
- Supports all areas of Finance (Collection & Billing, Accounts Payable, General Accounting, Purchasing and
Income Audit, IT)
- Manages Journal Entries, Invoices and reconcile accounts for monthly and year-end closing
- Assists in year-end external audit
- Assist in preparation of reports for management and regulatory bodies
Ensures compliance with the company policies and standards, and ensures compliance
will all statutory requirements.
- Assist in in the formulation of internal controls and policy to comply with legislation and established best
practices.
