CERTIFIED MEDICAL CODER-HOME HEALTH QA (ONSITE) - TAGUIG/ORTIGAS
 
Salary Range: Php25,000 - Php30,000
 
Front Office Responsibilities include:
Contacting Clinicians to resolve audit findings on patient charts
Back Office Responsibilities include:
Conduct regular audits of patient charts based on CMS HH guidelines
Audit patient charts & assign appropriate ICD-10 CM Codes
Escalate audit findings to Clinicians & Clinical Managers for resolution
Resolve audit findings within the scope of a QA support
Provide audit reporting and analysis on a daily basis
Evaluate & manage utilization based on the patients’ medical diagnosis & plan of care
ALL other tasks related to the care of the patient within the scope of support 
 
Qualifications:
Must be a PH Registered Nurse
Preferably graduates from UP, UST, CEU, La Salle, UE with honors
Must have 2 to 3 years of hospital setting experience
Certified Medical Coder w/ minimum experience of 1.5 years
Analytical/Critical Thinker
Detail Oriented
Highly Organized
Above average English Language proficiency in both verbal & written
Tech Savy; Proficient in reporting tools such as Excel
Willing to work onsite in BGC (Inoza Tower)/Ortigas (2021)
Willing to work in rotating shifts, mostly in the graveyard shift
Willing to work on weekends

PHP 25,000 - 30,000 per month
