Job Description
Responsible for the operations of transportation for day and night shifts to ensure efficient operation.
Coordinate and allocate the capacity in accordance with the number of parcels and adjust the routes according to real circumstances.
Support the daily transport vehicle arrangement plan, coordinate with affiliated car companies (supplier) and all branches across the country that required service.
Analyze the vehicle usage of each unit, follow-up, and solve problems to meet the demands and requirements of customers on time.
Support on data preparation for daily performance reports, analyze problems and suggest solutions to superior for creating or modify work processes to improve the operation efficiency and effectiveness.
Perform other work delivered by the company or superior
Qualification
Education:
Bachelor degree in Logistics or related fields
Professional Experience:
At least 1 - 3 years of experience in the Logistics or Express industry
Others:
Good communication and coordination skills
High responsibility and ability to work under pressure
Flexible working hours, ability to work in shift
Analytical skill, decision making skill and problem-solving skill
In-depth understanding of product distribution process and vehicle planning process
