Job Description
Conduct and supervise the work of the Central Control Dispatching department in order to operate efficiently and effectively according to the work plan and in line with the goals of the business.
Track control of shipments in transit and ongoing for both morning and night shifts.
Analyze and control the transportation management plan. To be able to meet the needs of both internal customers (SP, DC, Shop, Hub) and external customers. (Customers using corporate services)
Manage work to ensure safety, as well as being a leader in conducting activities to organize and control work safety, such as safety committees’ meetings Implementation of various security projects, etc.
Support, advise and give training to subordinates. Ensure the understanding, efficiency, effectiveness of work detail and process to be able to support the organization to achieve the best goals.
Summarize, analyze, and give suggestions on results and current issues of operations that occurred.
Perform other work delivered by the company or superior.
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Logistics or related fields
Professional Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in the Logistics or Express industry
Working experience in team management
Others:
Solid leadership and supervision skills
Strong and effective communication and negotiation skills
High responsibility and ability to work under pressure
Flexible, be able to work in night shift and upcountry – as required.
Strong analytical skills, decision-making skills, and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge and understanding of transportation and logistics.
Strong computer skills (Especially in Excel and PowerPoint)
Good command in English Communication Level – Chinese is a plus
