"1. Identify and analyze production requirements base on 8D, QAlert, process improvement, etc..
2. Ensure the MES traceability requirement of a request before project development.
3. Manage the MES Support Technicians for daily operation support with regards to MES traceability.
4. Perform and Deligate setup, configuration, programming for project implementation and testing with regards to MES.

"1. Set goals, Motivate the team and Manage performance through appropriate controls on attendnace, discipline and compliance to Company rules and regulations..
2. Identify and provide MES functional training for job comptency for MES support technicians.
3. Ensure that their team's behaviors are aligned with the CTEPI core values.
4. Plan and Manage allocation of MES support technicians to maintain high availability to support production, engineering, QA with regards to MES traceability."
