The Risk Policy Compliance Analyst is an intermediate-level position responsible for generating SAS programs that would be used in the conduct of Quality Assurance Framework (QAF) and Manager Control Assessment (MCA testing) to ensure compliance with risk policies, procedures and regulations. The position entails coordination with policy teams and functional units to validate findings on exceptions noted in QAF/MCA, EUC compliance and other risk control measures.
Responsibilities:
Generate and enhance exception reports used for QAF testing, analyze, validate and present results in the QAF meeting
Conduct MCA testing, analyze, validate and present results. Provide recommendation to remediate and correct gaps
EUC Champ to ensure compliance and adherence of EUC users to the standards. Ensure EUC Manual is reviewed and renewed annually. Coordinate regular changes done on the EUC Portal and guide EUC Owners and Approvers appropriately. Encourage appreciation for Owners and Approvers.
Perform Digital Monitoring Tool (DMT) validation, coordinate with policy teams, Credit Operations, Collections, Decisions Management, CBORC, CPP to address any issues and help provide corrective actions.
Back up for COB Lead; attend COB meeting, help in the COB process, conduct of COB testing
Coordinate Change Management Process presentation with Risk teams.
Coordinate compliance training requirements and ensure timely completion prior to due date by Risk employees.
