Act as Subject Matter expert and attend to escalations by performing an independent review and root-cause analysis . Compliance or procedural issue affecting client relationship should be dealt with utmost consideration. Act as a key player to build strong partnership with stakeholders (Revenue Management team, Sales and Service). Ensure billing deliverables are met by managing implementation issues and error resolution Proactively identify inherent risk in the process and build corresponding controls to prevent errors with financial impact. Continuously seeks opportunities for process improvements through procedural changes, training, technology, etc. Effectively make use of coaching to help team member reach their goals. Able to work under minimum supervision. Required Qualifications: Exceptional verbal and written communications skills Strong leadership skills and capability to deal with business and process change with an exceptional growth mindset. Ability to adopt quickly to a fast paced work environment. Detail oriented and highly organized with excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills to identify, understand and address operational and technical issues Ability to drive team performance and address any unprecedented issues in the absence of manager. Ability to read, analyze, understand data sources and come up with a conclusive decision that drives positive business impact. Preferred Qualifications: Must have 1-3 years of experience in a Billing , Client Service, Operations Sales, Portfolio Management, Implementation or function Project management skills as necessary to manage multiple projects in varying stages Knowledge of Microsoft Suite of products
