Job Description
Assist and guide proponents on request for proposal process to ensure completeness and compliance to requirements. Schedule of pre-bid conference with Bidders and proponent; discuss commercial portion. Initiates Bid Opening activities and endorse technical portion to Proponent for evaluation. Prepare commercial annexes and sign-off final version, if applicable. Prepare PO in SAP within agreed SLA Issue PO upon receipt of Contract Reference Code (CRC) or clearance via e-mail from Legal to issue PO if contract is a requirement. Ensure Vendor submits PO confirmation (PO with signed conforme by Vendor)
Build and manages the the Catalog database in SAP Ariba to ensure that all commercial details are set-up correctly in the system
Profile each item and provide the appropriate catalog set-up aligned with the pricing structure
Define in the system, the terms and condition of each catalog subscription to automatically reflect in the corresponding Purchase Order
Conduct training and assistance to Suppliers on the on-boarding process of Supplier-managed catalogs
Resource Lead in projects related to SAP-Ariba Catalog process
Expert Lead on the issues resolution related to Catalog buying
Collaborate with Procurement Team on the timely renewal of Catalogs
Represent the team in the discussion with other groups pertaining to Catalog Management and processing in the system
Review and recommends all applicable Ariba quarterly product releases pertaining to Catalog Buying
