Job Description
Responsible for payment processing of the Customers in compliance to policies and procedures of the Company. Ensures timely bank deposits and regularly submits Daily Sales Report to Branch Head.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Ensures efficient processing of Customer's payment - no shortage or overage.
2. Receives payment by cash and credit cards, and issues official receipts.
3. Safekeeps all cash payments and cash funds.
4. Maintains awareness of all Sales and Marketing promos.
5. Follows Store procedures on coupons and gift cards of purchased items.
6. Processes merchandise return and exchange.
7. Accomplishes and submits the Daily Sales Reports to the Branch Head/s for checking.
8. Ensures daily sales transactions are tallied with the cash-on-hand and reconciles total payments received with total sales.
9. Acts as Petty Cash Custodian and ensures that all Petty Cash Vouchers (PCV) are duly accomplished and approved.
10. Ensures timely bank deposits.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
At least High School Graduate.
With 1-2 years of relevant work experience in Retail or Hotel Industry.
