THE OPPORTUNITY
Plan International Philippines is responding to the COVID-19 pandemic affected population in Sultan Kudarat, Upi, and Datu Odin Sinsuat Maguindanao Province. The goal of the response is to prevent the further spread of Covid-19 and reduce the social impact for particularly vulnerable children, adolescents, and young women in pre-corona crisis contexts.
In line with this, Plan is looking for committed, hardworking and detail-oriented professionals to fill in the role of a Cash and Voucher Clerk. This role works with the project team and local partners in the municipality of Sultan Kudarat. He/she will conduct clerical work related to cash and voucher programming. She/he will finalize the encoding of the beneficiary list to the database system and is responsible for generating the individual ID of beneficiaries. The person will also keep the maintenance of the database by constantly updating and generating information required for pay-outs, food distribution, and reporting requirements. This is for a two-month assignment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of any business-related four-year course.
Experience in cash programming activities is an advantage
Has relevant experience in developing and maintaining a beneficiary database system.
Has experience in generating summative reports from the beneficiary database and other relevant tools.
Skills in the use of Microsoft Office is highly desirable.
Applicants must be eligible to work in the Philippines. Local applicants are preferred.
