We're Hiring: Administrative Assistant

Location: Cebu City
Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM) | Weekends Off
Reporting to: HR & Admin Manager
Availability: Can start within 2 weeks to 1 month
 
About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide support in our daily office operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Manage communications (emails, phone calls, correspondence)
Schedule and coordinate meetings
Organize and maintain files and records
Prepare reports, documents, and presentations
Assist with general administrative and HR-related tasks
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (any course)
At least 3 years of experience as an Admin Assistant or similar role
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
