We are seeking a Career Events Specialist to join our growing team!
A Day in the Life:
Manage multiple calendars/trackers with event dates, information, sales, signups and more
Communication for onsite events with sales team and employers regarding any questions, travel accommodations, shipping and order assets for the event
Communicate with sales team on event sales, statistics and other event related information
Communicate with partners on status of career event sales and sign-ups
Ownership of payment platform when event registrations come in, verify information with employer, relay information on appropriate trackers
Work with finance, under the direction of the Career Events Manager, on communicating collections to the sales team
Organization of contracts for all events
Manage online virtual platform from pre to post for each event, setting up employer registrations, booths, logo collection, employer questions, and other employer needs
Oversee live events to ensure event is running smoothly
Troubleshoot customer support issues within the event platform
Set up post event surveys for virtual and onsite events

Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, marketing or related field with 1-2 years' experience
Advanced computer skills including excel
Ability to work independently and as an integral part of a team
Demonstrated problem solver with outstanding attention to detail
Advanced computer skills including excel
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
Shows high standards for quality control
Strong written and verbal communication skills
