This position engages in a significant amount of outbound lead communication, as well as inbound communication. This position is ideal for entry-level behavioral health and sales minded professionals. Duties and Responsibilities: . Management of inbound lead volume via our self-evaluator app . Following up with potential clients with pre-determined outbound communication . Re-engagement efforts to the database leads to foster movement in the admissions process and share information on the clients' brand and treatment options . Opportunity Development: work within a database of potential clients and in reception of marketing qualified leads to accomplish the following goals . Determine viability of the lead as a potential client for programming . Create an inquiry in salesforce for an Admissions Counselor to follow up on and initiate the sales cycle if the lead is determined to be viable . Coordinate with appropriate Admissions Counselors for follow up and next steps . Enhance viability of early stage leads and generate increased conversion to inquiry . Other duties as assigned Qualifications: With at least 1 to 3 years experience Strong ability to creatively problem-solve quickly Conversion (sales) minded with an ability to work with a sense of urgency Healthcare sales background preferred not required Ability to manage process, contain crisis, and work with a system with many moving parts Skilled at authentic compassionate communication and an ability to instill motivation in a potential client.
