Description
 
SCOPE OF WORK:
• Meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Understanding and promoting products
• Track all sales activities in company EOS system, updating data regularly
• Answer customers’ questions and providing the best advice
• Present, recommend and sell products
• Perform benefit and needs analysis of customers to meet their needs (what they should buy)
• Meet and coordinate with other agents and or departments to optimize sales efforts
• Able to recognize buying triggers/signals to transition to sale
• Recognize, document, and alert the team/management of trends, issues, etc
 
 
Qualifications
• We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.
• A commitment to excellent customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Superb impersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers
• Experience with Google Docs, Sheets
• Fast learner
• 1-3 years (minimum of phone /person sales experience
