Responsible in first line support to the customers to solve their queries by calls and email
Track and Responding to customers' concerns and problems
Accountable in coordinating with the Technical Operators for more complex cases
Requirements
Requirements:
Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing Cantonese and English
Knowledge in computer software like Microsoft Office
Exceptional Customer Service skills and proper manner in answering call
Excellent Analytical and Problem Solving Skills and attention to details
