Fluent in Cantonese speaking and writing skills.
Excellent English communication skills.

Strong detail orientation, communication and listening skills.
Willingness to work in a flexible schedule (Day shift, Night shift, and Graveyard).
Has the ability to handle complaints.
Responsibilities:
Answer call from skin care users
Discuss to the users the VIP programs & how to use it
Ask questions on how to become a VIP user of Canadian hair products circle
Discuss the perks and discounts for new users
Transfer calls and emails to proper handlers especially for orders
Handle incoming calls from customers and make sure that the problem/inquiries are resolved.
Efficiently gather customer information and determine customer needs.
Provide quality service and support.
Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements.
Assist identifying and tracking.
