You'll maintain a high level of organization, attention to detail, and analytical rigor in this role while working closely with Recruiters to facilitate seamless hiring processes.Requirements:
Experience in candidate screening, recruiting, or a similar field for at least 1 year.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM platforms.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in assessing candidate qualifications.
Demonstrated ability to meet performance targets within fast-paced environments.
