Citi APAC Campus Recruitment and Program Management Team is responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining university-sourced top talent. The team recruits 1000+ full time hires and summer interns every year to join the various programs across 12 markets in Asia.
The APAC Campus Operations team provide remote support for Recruiters in managing end-to-end recruitment process. The team also manages systems, processes, and projects for the APAC Campus organization.
Key Responsibilities:
The Campus Operations Analyst will work closely with the Operations Lead on ongoing projects related to data and process.
Responsible for managing data reporting and analysis for APAC Campus team including but not limited to the below:
Annual program headcount
System reports on requisitions, candidates and offers
Offline candidate pipeline tracking and diversity recruitment reports
Campus program database
Developing business presentations for campus team and internal stakeholders
Providing regional governance of offer and onboarding processes in all countries
Liaising with HRSS Talent Acquisition Operations and Country Campus Recruiters to manage intern and full time onboarding
Serving as Point of Contact for system feed issues, troubleshooting tech issues with Global Systems Team
The operations analyst will support Regional Campus Recruitment Leads and Country Recruiters in completing transactional activities during the campus recruitment process.
Supporting regional Branding, Marketing and Communication:
Managing Asia Graduate Recruitment mailbox, handling candidate inquiries and escalating complaints
Creating and approving marketing materials in Citi's marketing platform
Providing ad hoc support to Recruiters in Events and Interviews Management:
Managing online Campus Event Registration via ATS
Supporting Recruiters in reviewing candidates' applications and scheduling interviews
Qualifications
Educated to diploma/degree level
Preferably 2 years Recruitment Process Outsourcing/Recruitment Operations work experience.
Knowledge of Graduate Recruitment and mass volume recruitment experience is highly desirable
Working knowledge of Avature and Workday is a plus
Must have attention to details, and be data savvy
Able to handle high volume of work and adaptable to change
Client-focused, strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Strong team player, willing to learn and share experience with other team members
