In this role, you have the opportunity to:
The Campaign Performance Analyst is a central position but located in the region (is reporting into the DMEC Central Activation HUB).
The Campaign Performance Analyst empowers the activation hub team and the local market teams by providing the latest insights and reporting on activation from media, market shared to sales as well as baseline reporting leading to increased performance for the campaign and always-on of all in-hub activities. The role focus is on campaign performance analyses of hub activities and ongoing reporting on behalf of the market.
The role will do this by gathering, consolidating, processing, and analyzing data. The data then needs to be translated into insights to steer business decisions. The role is a single point of accountability 'vis-à-vis' of the Campaign Performance Analyst in the market. The role ensures effective communication and co-operation between the local market teams and the activation hub team.
You are responsible for:
Focus on all in-hub activities (SEA - e-tailer search, Paid Social - Programmatic - Affiliate - Philips.com pages - CRM emails - E-trade content) supporting champions campaign for One Consumer and always-on presence for Personal Health.
Provide the market teams with in-flight campaigns optimization insights using data points such as revenue, customer satisfaction / NPS, visits, conversion, campaign impact etc.
Create ongoing performance reporting for the market team for short term performance optimization of marketing initiatives.
Drive increased adoption of data-driven decision-making together with Marketing Insights & Analytics function, as well as agile way of working (Build, Test, Learn), contribute to campaign optimization process and daily management activities in order to drive campaign performance via continuous improvement.
Acts as a role-model for our Philips behaviors: Customer first, Quality & Integrity always, Team up to Win, Take Ownership to deliver fast, Eager to improve an inspire.
Excellent analytical thinking to be able to interpret large amounts of information and synthesize insights (e.g., from clinical studies, scientific papers, financial reports and in-depth market research studies).
Strong critical thinking to identify and synthesize patterns from emerging trends and translate into actionable recommendations for Philips.
Project Management skills to effectively drive insight generation with in-hub media and campaign teams, local marketing team and media partner.
The role reports into the Campaign Performance Manager/ Squad Lead.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
University degree and
5 years of related experience.
Understanding of the market, competition, technology, and developments.
Professional knowledge of statistical methods and quantitative analysis.
Effective communication of analysis and proposals to different audiences, including senior management.
Own approach of analysis and problems.
Makes own choice of research items, within given strategy.
Makes combination of resources and different projections to show alternative scenarios or new possibilities.
