Urgent in need!
Manage business operations and support account management.
Communicate effectively with external financial institutions and internal content teams to onboard and update the financial products information. Resolve internal and external client inquiries related to the financial product information.
Coordinate with the internal teams on marketing campaign execution.
Contract administration and management, such as coordination with the legal team and contract record keeping.
Maintain the sales-related database and spreadsheets.
Ad-hoc business operational tasks support
Support the SingSaver & Seedly (Singapore) Commercial to strengthen the relationships with leading financial institutions.

Handle day-to-day operation tasks and ensure all works are delivered efficiently and all issues are handled in proper and timely manner
Identify processes gap, recommend solutions and drive improvement
Preparation of weekly Ad inventory reports to monitor demand and supply
Update of weekly sales number according to revenue and report to the Senior Business Development (BD) Manager
Provide post-sales support such as preparing contracts, raising invoice requests, etc.
Ensure all affiliate partnership requests are being attended to promptly and all change requests are handled efficiently
Ensure all deliverables and change request are executed timely and accurately
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration or related disciplines. Past experience in business operations from financial institutions or other fast-paced work environments is preferred.
Structured mindset, able to prioritize and execute operational tasks
Great communication skills with proactive communication attitudes
Highly organized, attention to details, and able to multi-task
Independent self-starter, shows strong sense of ownership and accountability, able to identify and solve problems
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
High level of skills in computer literacy and MS and google software usage (e.g. projects, powerpoint, excel

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
