1.Works with OX to develop multi touchpoint journeys that help attract, engage and retain customers, per operator group
2.Designs optimal processes to support the journeys
3.Works with product / OX / content managers to execute campaigns across touchpoints
4.Drives lead generation, scoring and management through to sale to help marketing and sales teams work smarter and faster
5.Continuously reports & optimizes journeys whilst providing insights and recommended actions to the teams that impact the journeys (i.e. marketing, sales, telesales, customer care)
6.Day-to-day user of Marketo
Skills:
Strategic: Able to develop a strategy to drive awareness, engagement, repeat sale and customer delight
Operator understanding to ensure journeys are appropriate for each OG
Journey design & management: Able to identify and design, SIMPLE, automated, multi touchpoint journeys for the above strategy
Process orientated: Able to develop & govern end-to-end processes (both front end and back end) to ensure the journeys work perfectly.
Creative: able to work closely with content marketers & UX designers to develop content to support the journeys.
A digital expert in web, email, social media, performance marketing
Business acumen: always looking for ways to create efficiencies and increase revenue whilst exceeding customer expectation. Project management skills
