Job Description:
 
The Nurse Associate/Administrative Outreach Associate position is tasked with delivering a follow-up administrative service. This service is generally in follow up to a workplace injury and typically has an associated clinical call. The position requires agents to handle inbound and outbound calls to deliver assessments to injured employees. A nursing background is desired but not required.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
 
Service Delivery:
Has complete proficiency of North American English communication skills.
Demonstrates the ability to connect interpersonally and build relationships with injured employees via telephone.
Ability to follow specific process parameters.
Maintenance and Technology:
Generate reports to clients electronically and communicate with clients via email.
Maintain team resources to share task lists and important documents.
Update records on regular basis for interactions with employees.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Second Year College Level / Associate Graduate
At least 1 year of operational, customer service/client relations experience
Willing to work onsite in Cebu Business Park, Cebu City
Minimum of one (1) year of actual call handling in a BPO setting.

Critical Competencies:
Excellent skills for communicating and relating with both staff members and customers.
Good interpersonal skills to create a cordial relationship with team members.
Ability to multi-task.
Must be result oriented.
Computer Skills:
Proficiency with e-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Basic understanding with Adobe software application
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to learn quickly. Drive to get things done, problem-solving, and ability to work independently when necessary.
Mathematical Skills:
Basic mathematical skills
Language Skills:
Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to make presentations and reports.
Schedule:
Evening shift
