Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 3 years BPO work experience
- At least 1 year and 6 months of pure sales experience (inbound/outbound)
- Preferably 6 months of B2B sales experience• Account management experience is a -plus
- Strong English communication skills; written and spoken
- Strong desire to meet or exceed revenue, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
- Familiar with needs-based selling techniques/analytics (e.g., SPIN)
- Familiarity with online advertising products and services
- A quiet space to work at and a stable internet connection of 10 MBPS upload and 6 -- - MBPS download speed is highly preferred
- Amenable to work in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts)
- Can work in BGC, Taguig City
