JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Provide a clear understanding of the call center agent’s role in both outbound call centers and the inbound call center;
• Successfully communicate with customers to gather information and learn about their needs and expectations;
• Collaborate with others to ensure the customers’ issues are resolved and;
• Assist and provide solutions for the customers’ questions.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Highschool Graduates or At least Completed 2 Years in college and must have 6 months of BPO experience (International Account)
• College Graduates with no experience required (But an advantage)
• Knows how to comprehend the Basic English language;
• Strong logic and problem-solving skills;
• Customer service oriented;
• Willing to start immediately.
