• Average to excellent English communication skills
• Computer literate and good web navigation skills
• Available to start ASAP
• Must be self-confident and self-motivated
• Willing to work shifting schedules including graveyard, weekend, and
holiday shifts.
• Sales background a plus but not required

• Handling complaints in a patient and effective manner;
