- Provide excellent information and case resolution pertaining to plan coverage and accounts.
- Provide steady, superior service to every customer by making use of all available programs and resources.
- Make guidelines to enhance operations and technical enhancements.
- Gathers information, researches/resolves inquiries and logs customer calls.
- Being aware of the customers' specifications by means of efficient listening and questioning skills.
Job Qualifications Job Qualifications:
- Open for High School / ALS - No BPO experience required.
- Must have strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Must be 35 Kilometers away from the site
- Can do work on site at Cebu, IT Park.
