We are looking for a Customer Representative to be assigned in Quezon City, Mandaluyong, Pasig, Pasay, Makati, Cavite, Paranaque, CDO, Bacolod, Davao , Iloilo and Cebu for Financial Services and Bank Account, Communication E-Retail and Telecom , Retail Account and Telecommunications.

-High school diploma with 1 year of relevant experience ( BPO or NON-BPO)
-Courteous with strong customer service orientation
-Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
-With Excellent English communication skills
-Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
-Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
-Ability to work on night shift, as needed
