Job Responsibilities:
Monitor Contact Tracking for replies from management organization so call returns are done in an early way.
Follow-up with customers within a 24-hour time period in terms of the preliminary phone call. Even if it is to just touch base and let the client know the query is still being looked at.
Offer excellent client support on every call.
Requirements * Minimum education level: Senior high school
