Job Description
Preparation and submission of all necessary documentation as required by the project
Responsible for securing all kind of permits as required by the Project Management/Client (working permit, delivery permit, etc.)
Update daily the master file containing the status of the project and reports it at least weekly
Assist Logistics in every delivery of goods to site
Update the inventory of the different store rooms in the site
Assist Project Engineers on requesting installation materials
Anything else not specified but deemed necessary for the proper delivery of the project
Minimum Qualifications
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree with a Professional License (Passed Licensure Exam) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and/or Civil Engineering
Required skill(s): project management, documentation, analytical, problem solving, AutoCad.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
