TYLin's Philippine Branch was founded in Manila in 2021. The branch office is working on a high-profile and one of the biggest infrastructure projects of the Philippine Government. The Philippine Branch office envisions itself to become a major industry player by promoting its services to various sectors.
TYLin's Philippines office is seeking a CAD Technician for the Bataan-Cavite Interlink Bridge (BCIB) Project who will be reporting to the Project Manager or deputy, working in Manila Philippines in fulfilling the delivery objectives for the Detailed Engineering Design for the Project. This is a project specific position.
Responsibilities
Develops CAD plans and details for various types of Bridge Structures.
Develops and expands expertise and skill in approved computer aided design (CAD) applications.
Applies CAD expertise and skill in the development of detailed transportation construction plans.
Develops specialized transportation structural details including steel, pre-stressed and reinforced concrete bridge layouts.
Maintains project electronic files and archives.
Provides guidance in CAD techniques and expedients to other technicians.
Prepares as-built plans.
Other related tasks as required.
Qualifications
Requires 5+ years' applicable experience or demonstrated skill and at least 2-year A.S. degree from an accredited college is preferred.
Must have skills with AutoCAD and Micro Station in an engineering environment, preferably associated with the production of bridge structural plans.
Knowledge of MS Office, 3D and Imaging software, as well as computer skills such as networking, hardware/software installations, configurations, and troubleshooting is desired.
