Position Summary
1. Provide stable service by designing server system architecture for each service and operating 24x7 infrastructure/server instances/application.
2. Operate system efficiently and systematically through continuous architecture improvement, system/service operation automation and process application.
3. Raise service quality by developing and operating database service that saves and analyzes structured/unstructured data.
Role and Responsibilities
Job Summary:
We are looking for a C++ Engineer to contribute to the development for a Web Engine project. This includes feature research and development, issue resolution and maintenance support. It is expected that he/she also attains working knowledge on the various technologies and standards encompassing Web Engine development.
Roles and Responsibility:
Develop features to enhance the functionality of the handled module(s) in the Web Engine.
Investigate and resolve issues reported in different phases of the software development life cycle.
Support Web Engine updates and version-up process.
Research new features and technologies applicable to Web Engine.
Optimize and ensure stability of the application.
Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering Master's degree is a plus.
Prior experience in developing a C++/Linux applications or projects. Experience with developing Java and/or Android is a plus
Experience with working on protocols for Web Development is preferred.
Comfortable on working with and using of open-source technologies, Git/Perforce
Excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to stay focused on completing tasks and meeting goals within a busy workspace.
Skills and Qualifications
. Develops professional expertise by complying with company policies and procedures
. Works on problems of moderate scope where analyzing situations or data requires a review on various factors
. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
. Normally receives general instructions on routine work with detailed instructions on new projects or assignments
. Generally requires a bachelor's degree with a minimum 2 years related experience, or advanced degree without experience
