As a Buying Assistant you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Managing local inventories and manage items per directed weeks supply
Issuing Purchase Orders on a timely basis
Tracks orders to make sure items (local and import) make on-time delivery
Ensures that all claims and support from vendors are collected on a timely basis thru STS
Monitors merchandise expiry dates
Updates incoming orders
You must possess the following qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Must be proficient with using MS Excel
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Can start ASAP and amenable to work in BGC, Taguig
