Provide efficient and timely support to the team, covering all aspects of the portfolio and administration, as well as being the first point of contact for queries.
Product database and price change management
Admin back-end for all sales running on the website
Create and upload excel spread sheets of new items
Resolution of queries pertaining to items
Liaising with suppliers for imagery and product information to represent our products online
Working with buying team with regards to inventory on hand, updating inventory information including price as part of item record maintenance
Liaise with suppliers regarding price lists
Create, submit and review reports when necessary
All day-to-day administration tasks, ad-hoc projects, and any additional requests from the buyers and others team in Australia and Manila
We would love to hear from you if you have:
Intermediate excel skills with use of vlookup, pivot tables, formulas, price calculations, link files, creation of templates, etc
Previous administrative experience, data entry skills highly regarded in a corporate retail environment
Knowledge/experience of retail operations
High attention to detail
Self-starter, highly motivated & show initiative
Focused, hands on and the ability to make things happen
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
Tech savvy, experienced with using various computer systems
Experience in generating reports for management will be advantageous but not essential
Must be willing to work from home until advised to resume working in the office premise (preferably with at least 10mbps reliable home internet connection, office location is in Ortigas, Pasig City); and
Please note that this job opening is office-based, however as COVID-19 response we are working from home and based on assessment.
