Identify and procure the goods and services that a company requires
Review sales to interpret customer needs and react to any changes
Negotiating prices with suppliers for new and existing product lines
Maintain good and effective relationship with suppliers
Find services providers who can supply goods and negotiate to arrange the purchase and delivery of the goods
Represent the company in front of suppliers and producers to ensure that selected the best products for the customers
Ensure goods are delivered on time, responsible for range reviews, promotional activity, negotiating terms and stock availability
Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Course or equivalent
Ability to work with data, analyze promotions, and work on range reviews
Have at least 2 years work experience or more as a Buyer in wholesale/retail industry
Ability to prioritize, demonstrating first class organizational, and time management skills
Excellent negotiation, customer service, and consulting skills
Strong market knowledge and experience in working across various functions
Able to work on their own initiative and adaptable
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience in wholesale or retail industry would be an advantage
